Yes, we can deliver the order directly to your event stand, but the additional cost for this service depends on the order volume and the specific event. Additionally, the lead time for initiating the order will be longer than for delivery outside the fair. Please contact us for more information regarding the delivery of your order.
How far in advance should I place my order for an event like The District?
We recommend contacting us well in advance to prepare everything (selection of items, budget preparation, design, order acceptance, production, etc.). If you require delivery to the trade fair venue, it is necessary to initiate the order at least 4-5 weeks in advance, but this may vary for each event, so please get in touch with us to confirm.
Do you have a minimum order for promotional items?
For most items, we have a minimum order quantity of 200 units. However, some items, such as USB drives, have a minimum order of 100 units, while others like hats have a minimum order of 250, and certain pen models have a minimum order of 1,000 units.
